TTI Club is a Customer Loyalty Program that allows members to earn credits toward FREE ICE and product discounts at our participating ice locations. Loyal customers are crucial to growing and sustaining any successful business, and TTI Club is designed to recognize the business/customer partnership and reward active program members for their participation in that partnership.

Program Members Earn Credits in Three Ways:

1. Join the TTI Club = Four (4) credits
2. Record your Purchase by texting VISIT = One (1) credit and redeem your free vends by texting REDEEM.
3. Share your personal TTI# = One (1) credit when a friend uses your TTI Number

Earn Five (5) credits = One (1) FREE ICE VEND

Note: Some participating locations also provide members with early access to private offerings, door-prize drawings and other virtual vouchers and coupons. Check with your local ice location for details.

How do I do this?

STEP 1: JOIN The Club - Go to a participating TTI Club location (see below) and then text "Join" to the phone number on the front of the machine OR you may scan the TTI Club QR Code with your phone camera and hit send. We'll register you as a member and you'll receive your personal TTI# to share with your friends, family, on social media, etc. You will also be awarded four (4) credits* just for joining. This means you are only one (1) credit away from getting a FREE ICE VEND!

STEP 2: RECORD your Visits – Each time you visit a participating ice location and make a purchase, text the word VISIT to the phone number provided OR you may scan the TTI Club QR Code with your phone camera and hit send. We’ll record your visit and you'll earn one (1) credit.* If you have earned a free vend at the time of your visit, you'll be notified at that time. To redeem your free vend, just text the word REDEEM to the ice machine phone number when you have 5 or more credits.

STEP 3: SHARE your TTI# – your TTI# is programmed to act as a virtual voucher/coupon that will allow a person to receive one free vend of ice at participating locations. When someone uses your TTI#, you will be awarded 1 credit toward a free vend and your friend will get a free bag of ice. Share your code everywhere and earn free ice!* How many friends do you have?

*It only takes 5 credits to earn a free vend (bag or bulk)! Credits are verified immediately and added to your account. To see your credits, login to TTI Club with your phone number and TTI#. You can also personalize your TTI# to make it memorable and fun.
